Jacqui practices in family law and succession law.

In relation to family law, Jacqui accepts briefs to advise, negotiate and appear in complex family law property and parenting matters in the Family and Federal Circuit Court, together with associated Intervention Order proceedings in the Magistrates' Court.

In relation to succession law, Jacqui accepts briefs to advise, appear at directions hearings, mediations, applications and trials of matters in the TFM and Trusts, Equity & Probate Lists of the Common Law Division of the Supreme Court.  She also accepts briefs to appear in TFM matters in the Family Property List of the Common Law Division of the County Court.

Prior to being called to the bar, Jacqui worked in private practice for over 5 years, predominately advising on contentious family law property and TFM disputes.

Jacqui has completed a Master of Laws, Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce.  She has a particular interest in alternative dispute resolution.  She has also trained as an Accredited Mediator and as a collaborative practitioner.

She read with Peter Pascoe and her senior mentor was Carolyn Sparke QC.
