Amanda has broad experience in a range of jurisdictions including policing, regulatory investigations, coronial, prosecutions and related legal matters. She has a strong background in organisational risk and stakeholder management.


Amanda has extensive advocacy experience prosecuting summary and indictable criminal matters in the Magistrates’ and Children’s Court including bail and intervention order applications. Her experience in the Children’s’ Court includes both the Family and Criminal Divisions.

She worked as a police prosecutor for 9 years during which time she was an instructor on the Victoria Police Prosecutor’s Course.


Amanda also has experience in occupational health and safety matters, predominantly those involving workplace fatalities. She supervised and instructed in the highly sensitive matters of VWA v Grocon (Victoria St) Pty Ltd and VWA v Essendon Football Club.
