Pauline was admitted to practice in 1997.  She holds degrees in Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Psychology and Criminology), Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws (Commercial Law).

Prior to signing the Bar Roll, Pauline had gained considerable experience working in different areas of practice including family law, wills, commercial law, litigation and dispute resolution.  She often appeared as a solicitor advocate in the Family Court, Federal Circuit Court and other Victorian Courts and Tribunals.

Pauline has practised predominantly in family law, litigation and dispute resolution since 2000. Her matters have included but are not limited to complex multi-million dollar property settlements involving trusts and overseas assets, financial agreements, difficult children's matters and intervention orders.

In addition, Pauline is a Nationally Accredited Mediator under the Australian National Mediator Accreditation System and has participated in mediations as Mediator and Counsel.

Pauline is also fluent in Chinese Mandarin, Hakka and Cantonese.

After working as a solicitor for over 20 years, Pauline is sensitive to the needs of both solicitors and clients.  Further, with her effective negotiation skills and background in Psychology, Pauline aims to achieve the best possible and most practical outcome for her clients.
